**Your Role**

**ABOUT YOU -**- Expert knowledge in leveraging Service Now and other HRI systems to extract information and build insights/dashboards- Demonstrate proficiency in utilising key reporting and insights via Microsoft Office tools (ie Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint- Demonstrated skills in synthesizing data across multiple technology platforms to provide reporting and analytics leading to insights- Experience in agile methodology or lean practices- Experience in developing and delivering continuous improvement and quality uplift initiatives- Proven experience in forecasting and workforce planning- Experience working across complex matrix based organisations- Experience with process automation- Able to compile and present information to inform strategy and influence decision making- Tertiary qualification in relevant fields including Business, Statistics, Project Management, Risk or the equivalent
