Unit Registry Team Leader

Sydney- Asset Management- Contract or TemporaryDue to increased workflow, our client is seeking a team leader to join their unit registry administration team on 12-month contract.
**Responsibilities**
- Client, investor and adviser set-up (incl ALM/KYC)
- Client, investor and advisor maintenance
- Validation of all transaction instructions
- Processing of all transaction instructions to the unit registry system
- Unitisation of all transactions
- Processing of all settlement and payment instructions
- Production and despatch of all daily reporting to clients, investors and advisors
- Production and despatch of all periodic reporting to clients, investors and advisors
- Completion of all bank account and unit reconciliations
- Ad hoc client and internal requests
The Team Leader performs an important role within the Registry Services team by managing the provision of the daily services to clients. The position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of registry services administrators and will be accountable for the following:
- Delivery of standard daily registry services to all client’s in accordance with their respective service level agreements;
- Appropriate allocation of resources, including the management of annual leave, seasonal contractor requirements and training;
- Adherence to daily risk controls, task procedures, control checklists and reconciliations, together with ensuring effectiveness and updates of the same
**Requirements**:
- The team leader will have a strong background in unit registry with some team leading supervisory experience.
