Have you ever dreamed of running a food truck?

Looking for enthusiastic and reliable staff to join our rapidly expanding team We are looking for someone to step into the role of operating one of our pizza food trucks, The Big Slice, which sells American Style Pizza by the Slice at various events around Perth.

No pizza chef experience is required as we use par-cooked bases, however managerial experience is greatly appreciated and reliable transport and a driver's license is a must.

We will provide training on the job and have a trial period, with a full-time position available with a competitive salary, along with annual bonuses based on performance and targets.

Hours will range from 30-50 per week depending on the seasons and time of year during our busy periods, with most of the work being in the evening towards the back end of the week. However, there will also be work during the day and mid-week often during our busy periods.

Duties would involve, packing and picking up the truck, driving to an event and setting up with support staff, operating and then closing down and driving back to Ellenbrook where we are based.

You would be working with your own team of staff at some of the best events around WA including the Perth Royal Show, Music Festivals, agricultural show, weddings, night markets, schools and many many more Opportunities are endless in this position, with the potential to become involved in the operations of the business in the future
