This is a well-established and well respected legal and lending services business who carry out work for the major banks and non-bank lenders. Based in Sydney CBD, they are a stable business going through growth. With a flat structure, this role offers huge exposure to the entire operations and will include opportunities for project work and to have your ideas and opinions heard.

**Your new role**

In this role you will:

- Conduct property repossession activities on behalf of the bank or lender
- Be responsible for occupancy checks, letters to tenants, managing abandoned goods, all aspects of taking occupation and then the sale of the property
- Communicate with real estate agents, valuers, repair companies and goods removal companies
- Negotiate valuations and offers and submit them to the client (no contact with customers or borrowers)
- Attend client meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background in recoveries, collections, hardships, legal or property
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage your time and portfolio effectively
- Manage a process end to end, updating all involved parties along with way and working to SLAs

**What you'll get in return**

You will work closely with your Manager and team and have exposure to C suite management and be offered a salary of $80k + Super. The role offers a balance between work from home and working in the CBD office. You will have autonomy to manage your own portfolio and put forward your ideas and opinions to help shape processes. Participation in projects and technology transformation may also be included. This is a role where you will be heard and will be able to make change.
