Together we bring clean, safe and soft water to more than 100 million consumers globally, and save around 40 billion single use plastic bottles each year. **About the role** As a Service Technician - Installer for Waterlogic Group you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience. - Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience. - Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers. - Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged. - Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities. **Skills & experience** - Experienced Service Technician - Installer including experience with installations, repairs and maintenance - Plumbing licence - Drivers licence - Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics - You are enthusiastic team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and can resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible - Able to manage your time in a fast paced, dynamic environment **Benefits**: - Work vehicle, uniform, laptop, mobile phone - Work Monday to Friday - A company passionate about the environment, hygiene, technology, and professional and quality - A strong company culture which is focused on idea sharing, collaboration and customer focused outcomes. - Learning and career development opportunities Waterlogic requires employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people and due the requirements of our valued customers.
