**About the role**:
On offer is the opportunity to join our team as
**Dilapidation Field Technician **(Property Condition Surveyor),
***on a casual contract for the next 3 to 4 months with the possibility of an extension.

As a Dilapidation Field Technician, you will work in the field, undertaking a variety of tasks to conduct Dilapidation Surveys on both residential and commercial properties, these tasks will include:

- Conducting property condition surveys in a variety of settings (training provided)
- Processing and managing data using specialised software (training provided)
- Deal with home and business owners directly
- Creating check lists of potential damages/defects and photographing damages

**About you**:
In addition to the above you will also be able to demonstrate:

- Comfortable using software and modern equipment
- Attention to detail (able to identify wall cracks, damage and defects)
- Desire to gain experience in the surveying industry
- Ability to work independently (without supervision)
- Own your own vehicle
- High energy levels and interpersonal skills

- Professional communication skills and the ability to speak to a variety of people
