**As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the Pro Store and Barbell Cafe. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside the Customer Service Manager and Club Manager, overseeing the Reception/Retail team in the day to day operations of the Pro Store and Barbell Cafe, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained whilst maximizing sale potential.**

In this role you will be required to:

- Monitor retail sales and managing inventory, including ordering supplements, food, and beverages, as well as assisting with stock control and liasing with supp reps.
- Oversee the Retail/Reception team, providing training and continuous support.
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to roster the Retail/Reception team, ensuring sufficient staffing in peak times to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Retail/Reception team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Stay informed about new products entering the market and updating product knowledge accordingly.
- Manage daily social media posts on Facebook and Instagram to engage with our community and promote our range of products, including supplements, clothing, accessories, food and drinks.
- Follow instructions, prioritising tasks, and completing them promptly.
- Undertaking any other relevant duties as required.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 1+ year Retail Management and/or Supervisor experience (Previous roles working in Gyms or Supplement stores ideal but not required)
- Experience thriving in a KPI-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting individual and team targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and committed to helping them achieve their goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges.
- Punctual, professional, reliabile, proactive
- Strong work ethic characterised by motivation, adaptability, multitasking capabilities, and initiative.
- Proficient in computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Adherence to and communication of business policies and procedures to both customers and staff.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
