Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department.

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential. If you do not have any previous experience but are eager to learn and progress - we would love to hear from you
