**Description**:
**The Firm**
This Chambers Band 1 Corporate M&A is hiring for it's top calibre Corporate practice.
- This is a fantastic role for somebody looking to work in a collaborative and high performing environment, advising on the most complex and largest deals in the market.**The Team**
The Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team has advised on some of the largest and most complex deals in Australia's corporate history. They have a reputation for quality, innovation and timeliness, delivering highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world.
- The work includes:
- Public M&A (takeovers and schemes).
- Private M&A (business and share sales and acquisitions).
- Equity Capital Markets.
- Private Equity.
- Head Office & Governance.
- Supervising M&A Due Diligence.
- General Corporate and Commercial.

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the following:
- At least 3 years PQE gained at a reputable firm or in-house team;
- Experience in public or private M&A, ECM or private equity;
- Strong academic background from a reputable university;
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen;
- A willingness to work as part of a collegiate and collaborative team;
