This is a dynamic, physical, and varied role based at our warehouse/shed. We're looking for someone who’s mechanically minded or naturally handy, enjoys problem-solving, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll be a key part of our operations team, working on everything from gear maintenance and vehicle support to general shed tasks and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance and preparation of equipment, vehicles, and balloon gear
- General warehouse/shed duties including cleaning, organizing, and inventory
- Help with loading/unloading and basic mechanical or handyman tasks
- Work closely with the team to ensure safe and efficient daily operations
- Lead by example and bring a strong, positive attitude to teamwork
- Support pilots and ground crew as needed during balloon launch and recovery

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Mechanically minded or hands-on and practical
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and working outdoors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Great leadership potential or experience
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious

**Bonus Skills (not essential)**:

- Forklift licence or previous warehouse experience
- Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge
- Interest in aviation, ballooning, or adventure tourism

Pay: $24.97 - $36.00 per hour
