**The opportunity**
An exciting opportunity to join the Critical Care team - AHC business unit. Looking after the NSW territory and working alongside the product specialists to provide and support customers pre and post sales including pre-hospital, ICU and the Neonatal products we sell and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend to customer support/educational enquiries and needs, as requested by customer, Product Specialist or Regional Sales Manager;
- Formulate a weekly call plan and report back to Sales Manager and Product Specialists;
- Undertake customer gap analysis for consumable products in consultation with Product Specialist;
- Achieve set KPIs as negotiated with Regional Sales Manager;
- Work in collaboration with the Product Specialists to identify focus accounts to target and support;
- Promote solutions and products within the wider Critical Care business. Uncover customer needs, buying criteria and decision-making process. Feed-back sales leads to Product Specialists.

**Looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who likes to travel, work within a team and have an understanding of the critical care side of healthcare from adults through to Neonates.**
**Experience required**:
- Minimum 3 years Adult ICU, Neonatal ICU or ED experience
- Ventilation knowledge in Adult, Pediatric or Neonatal
- Proven skills in territory management, presenting, education, time management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
