**The Role**

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for keeping equipment running at its best? We’re seeking a **Field Service Technician** to join our team and play a crucial role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining beverage equipment at our customers’ sites.

In this role, you'll work with a range of equipment including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain Dispensing Equipment, Vending Machines, Frozen Beverage Machines, and Coffee Machines. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably.

You’ll also be expected to embody our **company values**, consistently demonstrate safe behaviours, and support our ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in regular safety toolbox talks and uphold a strong safety culture.
- Install, maintain, and repair beverage equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
- Deliver technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
- Comply with OHS regulations and company policies.
- Participate in workplace inspections and audits.
- Manage service parts inventory and handle tools responsibly.
- Travel to various customer locations, sometimes at short notice.
- Join a rotating weekend and on-call roster
- Communicate professionally and build lasting customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with equipment and technology advancements.

**About You**
- ** Trade qualified** in Electrical or Refrigeration.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Clear and confident communicator across all levels.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven by continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
