**What will you work on?**

The Temporary Brand Coordinator will be a key contributor to Spin Master Australia Marketing Team. He/she must be a motivated team player, possess strong communication skills as they will be responsible for a host of tasks, ranging from ongoing support for the Brand Managers, right down to ensuring all creative assets are up-to-date and stored locally. Planning, executing and analyzing for some brands within Spin Master portfolio. Manage brand planning and communication, media, brand cycle plan, in-store activation development, comes up with trade promotional activities and new product launches. You will liaise with various departments across Spin Masters global team to ensure Australia marketing needs are met.
- Manage TVC submissions and CAD approvals.
- Assistance with modifying presentations - adding pricing and 600#'s.
- Ongoing management of price lists and internal Line Plan documents.
- Toy sample management and ordering.
- Working with Hong Kong Finance team to ensure all expenditures are tracked and approved for payment.
- Working with International Marketing team to ensure all brand websites are localized and showing correct items/copy.
- Support Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Setting up and maintaining/updating ecomm product pages across all brands.
- Working with Global Brand teams to ensure latest creative assets are stored and accessible locally.
- Keeping media schedule up to date.
- Help keeping showroom updated with latest samples.
- Work with sales team to ensure they have all creative assets necessary.

- Excellent organization and project management skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- 1-3 years marketing experience with proven success in project management, meeting deadlines and critical problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.
- Four-year degree in a related field required.
