**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake design and drafting of civil engineering projects, including roads and drainage systems
- Coordinate design and drafting activities with drafters to ensure that drawing sets meet company standards
- Utilise AutoCAD, 12D and other design software to create accurate plans and profiles
- Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop project solutions and ensure design accuracy
- Develop innovative solutions to problems and take necessary action to expedite the successful accomplishment of assigned projects
- Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, including the ability to prepare reports and documentation
- Adhere to our IMS system and follow safe practices in the workplace

**Skills and Expertise**:

- Minimum 2 years Civil Design experience
- Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders
- Intermediate working knowledge with civil design software (AutoCAD, 12D, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of civil design
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projects
- Flexibility with working on various types of projects and tasks working to strict deadlines.
