**About the role**

We are on the hunt for a talented Civil Designer to bring expertise to our growing team based in Manly. If you’re passionate about designing the future and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

**As a Civil Designer, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Scoping, producing, and reviewing completed designs and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and delivering tailored engineering solutions that meet client and project requirements.
- Coordinating with external consultants, such as Surveyors and Hydraulic Engineers, to integrate necessary inputs into designs.
- Developing precise engineering and cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
- Conducting internal audits of the company’s business management system to maintain quality and compliance standards.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in designing urban development, residential subdivisions, and infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in road design, which is essential for this position
- Proficiency in using 12D software for civil design projects
- TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification
- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas.
