Ozcare has an exciting opportunity for a systems expert to join a growing team as a full-time Systems Access Specialist.

**Your Role**

As part of the Application Support team, you will provide a variety of technical and services functions to support the growth and development of Ozcare locations across Queensland. This will include:

- Collaborating with internal teams to detect and solve systems access issues and provide accessibility for new starters
- Assisting in project work to foster continuous improvements to system access processes
- Effectively prioritising, troubleshooting, and diagnosing all systems access risks and issues in line with Ozcare and industry best practices
- Managing timely resolution and/or escalation of systems access issues and service desk tickets
- Maintaining relevant data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with Ozcare policies and procedures

**Role Requirements**

As the Systems Access Specialist, you will ideally have a background in IT support, with an interest in developing your career in this area. Therefore, you will ideally have the following qualifications/skills:

- A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business Management, or similar
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders through superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated high standard of customer service for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operations
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion
- The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks as a part of the full systems access process
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy, including but note limited to Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Previous experience in IT support would be desirable
- Please note a Current National Police Check is required prior to commencement for this role. _
