**The Company**

Australia Wide Personnel are seeking a Mechanical Service Technician to join our client, who are Australia's leading specialist heat exchange service and supply companies.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the position requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Installation, service, repair and testing of plate heat exchangers whilst complying with all OH&S standards.
- Ensuring the customer requirements and expectations are upheld.
- Completing paperwork, certificates and reports
- Working with the Service Leader to identify and resolve issues & risks and assist with ordering spare parts.
- A willingness to travel interstate with overnight stays and self management of travel arrangements & expense accounts.
- A willingness to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required
- Demonstrating respectful to represent the company in a positive light.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

- A Mechanical trade qualification and a current drivers licence is essential.
- Proven experience with heat exchangers in the food & beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Basic IT skills with knowledge of simPro advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A highly motivated, can-do attitude with a commitment to ensuring high quality service and presentation.

**Hours and Rates**

Day shift hours: 7am - 3pm

$45 per hour + super + overtime + company vehicle + phone + tablet/laptop + uniform

**. You must also be fully vaccinated in line with the Victorian Government mandate.
