**What is the opportunity?**

An opportunity has arisen for a **Transport Driver Manager** to ensure all drivers compliance for all aspects of Government legislative requirements as well as company process and procedure compliance is met. The Driver Manager is also responsible for all hiring, onboarding and ongoing maintenance of Contract Carriers and their drivers.

Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Compliance management
- Equipment and Fleet management
- Transit damage management
- Management of policy, procedures and legislative compliance

- Minimum 5 years experience
- Thorough understanding of COR legislation and associated responsibilities
- Proven experience in managing large fleets of contract carriers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A Results driven attitude
