About the role:
You will be responsible for:

- Managing the end to end customer experience from the point of delivery to the collection, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Acting as the communication champion between customers and the workshop, ensuring that fast and efficient service delivery maximises our efficiency and performance.
- Coordinating and managing service bookings in a timely and effective manner
- Keeping the customer informed of the progress of all work conducted
- Ensuring our internal system and follow ups with customers after their service are up to date
- Maintaining a solution orientation in providing outstanding customer service

About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Current Drivers License
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Able to work in a dynamic and dedicated team environment
- Available to work Saturdays based on a rotation roster
- Be willing to maintain and exceed our award winning reputation
