THE OPPORTUNITY
Come and be part of fun Mulpha Hospitality are eagerly recruiting for Edgewater Restaurant as we continue to grow.
We are currently recruiting for Experienced Bartenders with 2 plus years of high-end bar or restaurant experience. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end restaurants and bars
Strong spirits, cocktail knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks
Good overall wine and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and current RSA.
