**The role**:
In this role, you will represent the voice of the customer, support and deliver on the vision and roadmap for the end-to-end Merchant Acquiring business with primary focus being card not present space, working closely with the Head of Product Delivery and other Product Owners to prioritise MA change program backlog. Additionally, you will contribute to and lead the discovery and delivery of new initiative based on customer and business needs.

**As the Product Owner - Card not Present, you will**:

- Contribute to and lead the discovery, prioritisation and delivery of new features based on customer needs and business value
- Work with schemes and broader banking industry including regulatory bodies to understand and identify key priorities in card not present space
- End-to-end owner of an episode/ service, including customer outcomes, revenue, and capabilities that the episode/ service depends on
- Responsible for the ultimate success and transformation of episode/ service, with scorecard tied to episode/ service outcomes
- Report on progress and flag roadblocks to the leadership team

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive experience as a program lead or product manager leading complex workstreams
- Knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and delivery
- Extensive experience in implementing agile ways of working for delivery of complex initiatives
- Knowledge and expertise in e-commerce for merchants and payment gateway business
- Experiencer in product management disciplines within Financial Services
- Ability to work in collaboration with Technology
- Experience in contract management with third party vendors
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, economics or information technology
- Optimisation, improvement and business planning activities and acumen.
