**About the role**
- Fund Operations and Oversight
- Ensure seamless end-to-end operational delivery for fund pricing, performance measurement, attribution analysis and accounting
- Review and analyze fund performance, returns and provide relevant reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues arising during the processes
- Client Service and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with client portfolio managers, external operations teams and internal partners to ensure accurate fund pricing and according to agreed SLAs
- Develop and nurture productive relationships with investment manager clients
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry regulations guidelines according to FSRA
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance/mathematics/economics
- At least 5 years of experience in fund operations & unit trust pricing
- Strong system and technical knowledge of HiPortfolio & InvestOne
- Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical, verbal and written communication credentials.
- Strong Excel skills
