**Junior Recruiter - Temp Division**

JRM Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to assist with talent acquisition for our Temporary Placement Division. If you are an Event Supervisor, Restaurant Manager or similar, you already have many of the key criteria needed to excel in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Working with the Senior Recruiter, you will**:

- Assist the end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Showcase the JRM Brand through our CRM, job boards, and social media.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, safety, immigration, and specific requirements.
- Assist with in-house skills assessments and monitor staff performance.

**Your role is to be the first point of contact for all our new hires, and to help us build strong, positive relationships with our growing staffing base. This will require**:

- Strong time-management and organisation
- Administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Interpersonal communication and strong people skills.
- Strong alignment with our hospitality industry and service standards.
- Solution-oriented approach to challenges.
