We are seeking individuals to assist our clients achieve their goals, maximise their potential for independence and live their best lives within their communities.

Locations include Oakville and Yellow Rock

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual client. This may include however are not limited to:

- Domestic duties; cleaning and meal preparation
- Community access; shopping, therapy appointments, going out for coffee, school drop off/pick up, sitting in during school/work, religious gatherings, etc.
- Personal care; assist with showering, toileting and personal hygiene
- Clinical care; wound care, peg feeding, bowel care, etc.
- Manual handling; use of equipment to support mobility such as wheelchairs or hoist

Essential criteria:

- An understanding of person-centred disability care
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Willing to Obtain an NDIS Worker Check
- Working rights in Australia

Preferred but not essential:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Current drivers license and willingness to drive including having a registered and insured vehicle
