The **Technical Service Executive** is responsible in working together with account managers to drive the development of profitable business opportunities, developing contacts and managing accounts for topline growth and profitability.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Customer Focus - Manage key accounts with existing customers by building trust meeting their needs by value differentiation. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Account managers, marketing and supply chain) to bring value to customers as a supplier.
- Technical Services - Prepare and conduct technical presentation, pitching product innovations to customers.
- Technical support & Technical Services
- Responsible in providing technical support to nominated set of customer accounts. Responsibility includes troubleshooting, presentations, technical briefs, projects and development of prototypes in the lab to showcase product functionality. Compiles data, records and documents results of experiments and dairy work. Provide support to NPI and PLM program by conducting technical testing as required.
- Sampling program - Supporting ANZ sampling program, assist in inventory control, packing from bulk bags and sending samples to customers to support business needs.
- Regional & global participation - Connect with global and regional team to stay up to date with Ingredion new innovations and offerings.

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in science based or food related courses (open to fresh gradua
- Ability to multitask, well organized, prioritise and work in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills. Strong orientated with customer focus.
- Self-motivated with can do attitude.
- Strong technical analytical mind, able to solve complex problems by thinking strategically.
- English fluency, both written and spoken

Desirable requirements:

- High proficiency in computer literacy
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguous situations
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to think strategically
