Project and Programme Management and Scheduling
- Prepare, finalise and administer contracts/agreements for Alchemy Construct construction

projects.
- Negotiate with and procurement of (sub) contractors and suppliers.
- Issue Scopes of Works for trades required to complete projects in line with the Construction

Programs.
- Maintain and update the procurement schedule.
- Manage and assess subcontractors’ performance against the Scope of Works and

Construction Program.
- In collaboration with the project team, monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials and

resolve issues that could delay completion of works within the required timeframe.
- Request and manage the review process of all RFIs, shop drawings and submittals to and

from subcontractors and Architects/Consultants
- Complete and distribute project meeting minutes where required - Typically the expectation

is 48 hours post the meeting.
- Organise, upload and issue all project documentation included drawings and specifications.
- Manage close out of projects - obtain all handover documents, certificates, manuals, asbuilts

and all other project requirements to achieve PC and project close out.
- Any other tasks as reasonably directed by Alchemy Construct Directors and/or Construction

Manager.

Financial Management and Reporting
- Together with the Project Managers, monitor and maintain cost control, forecast revisions

and project financial reporting.
- Prepare and issue

◊ Subcontracts and purchases order to subcontractors and suppliers

◊ Head Contract progress claims

◊ Head Contract variation claims
- Review and process:
◊ Subcontractor payment claims

◊ Subcontractor variations claims
- Make recommendations as required for the authorization of variations, extensions of time and

payments
- Complete cash flow forecasting
- Prepare and complete project financial forecast reports

Contract management (Head, Sub and Consultant)

Read, interpret and communicate the key aspects of all key contracts and agreements.

Interpret how to align stakeholder engagement and experience with the essence and spirit of the

contract/agreement. This is the “how” we engage rather than holding the stakeholder as a hard

and fast rule to the letter of the contract.

Prepare and issue contract notices within the required timeframes - such as, clause notices,

NODs, EOTs or claims.

HSEQ and Risk Management
- Assist and support with all site WH&S matters, conducting regular safety checks and ensuring

that work is completely safely and in accordance with the relevant OH&S legislation, building

regulations and other legal requirements.
- Adhere to the HSEQ policies and standards.
- Identify, report and flag any issues or risks to the Project Manager, HSEQ Manager, Line

Manager or relevant Director.

Relationship and Stakeholder Development
- Liaise with Clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any matters that may be in

dispute.
- Coordinate and take minutes for Site Meetings.
- Respond and be accountable for maintaining, escalating and resolving all Client-related

correspondence.
- Demonstrate effective communication throughout the business both verbally and in writing
- i.e. demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different personality types.
- Encourage and promote a workplace that is safe, inclusive, healthy and respectful.
- On-going learning and development
- Self-identify development needs - i.e. negotiation, technical, safety and interpersonal skills
- Participate in all mid and annual review processes to determine on-going in-role

development needs.
- Participate in allocated training/learning and development initiatives that have been

prioritised for the role and the individual within the role.
- Will collaborate with their Senior CA/QS on determining changing capability needs - attend

1-2-1 and team meetings.

**Salary**: $80,001.00 - $100,000.00 per year
