**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate and experienced **front-of-house (FOH) staff** to join the team at our **new fine dining Korean BBQ restaurant** in Portside Hamilton. This is a casual role with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting **new culinary experience** that blends traditional Korean BBQ with an elevated dining atmosphere.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Providing **exceptional customer service** and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Assisting guests with **tableside grilling**, guiding them on cooking techniques and ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Taking orders, making **Korean beverage recommendations** (including soju and makgeolli), and ensuring timely and accurate food and drink service
- Maintaining a high level of **product knowledge** to educate guests on our premium meats, side dishes, and specialty offerings
- Setting tables, clearing dishes, and supporting general front-of-house operations
- Adhering to **health, safety, and hygiene standards** to maintain our high-quality service
- Contributing to a **positive and collaborative team environment**

**What We're Looking For**
- **Strong customer service skills** with a warm and engaging approach
- **Confidence in assisting guests** with the BBQ experience, providing guidance and ensuring their comfort
- Excellent **communication and teamwork** skills in a fast-paced environment
- A **passion for Korean cuisine** and a willingness to learn about our premium meats and traditional dishes
- Prior experience in **fine dining or interactive dining** (e.g., tableside service) is highly regarded
- Basic knowledge of **Korean food and beverages** is a plus

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
