**The role and team**:

- Our personal lending team support our customers with their lending needs.
- You’ll receive calls from all over Australia and will work with customers to help answer any questions they have, providing support and information.
- You’ll be supported by our proficiency hub team as you get started and learn the ropes, then when you move into the lending team, our leaders are on hand to provide support and celebrate success with you.
- And you can work flexibly each week, some days from home, and some days in the office with the team
- You don’t need to have banking experience, we’re looking for people who care about supporting our customers showing empathy, patience and kindness when supporting with their lending enquiries.
