**Mechanical Fitter (Maintenance & Hydraulic) Required**
- Full-time Role_

Mon-Fri, 38-hour week + overtime when required and the odd Saturday.

**You will need to have vast experience within various industries as a fitter and possess the following skills**:

**20-25 mins away from St Marys**, have your own transport and
**be capable of the duties listed below.**

Blue Mountains

Campbelltown area

Fairfield area

Liverpool area

Penrith Area

Inner West

Liverpool & Fairfield Area

Macarthur and camden area

Western Sydney

Hills district

**Tasks will include but not limited to**:

- **Strip and overhaul of various equipment from Naval ship**
- **Davits and all items associated with, including hydraulic cylinders, winches, slew rings, control valves etc.,**
- **Stripping and refurbishing light rail wheels, replacing tyres and the strip and overhaul of gearboxes.**
- **Strip down and rebuild of major components of Defense force equipment in accordance with appropriate engineering drawings**:

- **General Repair and maintenance of large machinery used by B&P including milling machines, lathes, cranes.**:

- **Problem solving and fault finding during routine inspection of smaller components of large-scale engineering projects**
- **Functionally testing all work carried out guaranteeing serviceability**
- **Interpret Drawings, Diagrams, specifications, and plans.**

**PPE / Tools Required / Tickets**:

- Mechanical Fitter required qualifications
- Right to Work in Australia
- Contactable references.
- Own transport
