**Abergeldie **are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified foreperson's with previous experience and sound knowledge of Plant Maintenance on **Micro Tunnel Boring Machines** and Associated Plant. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated with strong attention to detail. You aren't shy about rolling up your sleeves, possess a hands on approach and lead from the front.

**Your responsibilities**
- Facilitate refurbishment, installation, commissioning, breakdown and scheduled maintenance needs in a hands-on capacity with the ability to prioritise work, as required.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate trades and subcontractors with sound communications skills (verbal and written).
- Ensure a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent.
- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.
- Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery.
- Maintain electronic records for the repair and maintenance of all plant, equipment and vehicles including onsite and off-site work completed.
- Assist with planning, preparation and completion of maintenance tasks.

**What you need**
- Certificate or Diploma TAFE
- Experience in a similar role
- Mechanic, Diesel/ Hydraulic Fitter skills
