We are looking for a Volkswagen Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Chatswood. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Fleet Business across Volkswagen Passenger & Commercial Vehicles and CUPRA. You will also be involved in offering premium products and services to our corporate, government and fleet management organisation clients.

What you will do:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve fleet sales targets and objectives
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Provide high-quality product knowledge and advice to customers and prospects
- Negotiate and close deals with customers and stakeholders
- Liaise with internal departments such as finance, service, parts and pre delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
- Always represent the Alto Group values

What you will need:

- Previous experience in Fleet Sales or Account Management, preferably in the passenger and light commercial automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Australian automotive industry and market trends
- Current driver's licence
