**Machine Operator**

**Extrusion Plant**

Our client is based in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs and requires multiple machine operators for a full-time permanent position. The extrusion plant operates on 4 days on and 4 days off. The day shift times are 7 am to 7 pm.
- Proven capability to operate a range of specific machinery ot produce synthetic yarns at or exceeding standard rates with experience in manufacturing a variety of synthetic yarns to an acceptable quality standard.
- To flag yarn faults and advise the Factory Manager
- To carry out duties under the policies and procedures
- To accurately complete Production Order documentation and Quality process control tests documentation according to defined procedures
- To participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, product quality, efficiencies & production output

**To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following**:

- Educated to Year 10 level or three (3) years experience in manufacturing operations
- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Melbourne Victoria
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Vaccinated
