**About The Role**

National Aluminium are pleased to offer positions for a Machine Operator available at our Dandenong South location. Drive productivity and learn new skills in a key manufacturing with a focus safety and teamwork.

The Machine Operator will undertake a variety of manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:

- Machine Operation
- Working to a production schedule
- Manufacturing quality products in a safe, timely and efficient manner
- Inspecting products for their quality
- Capability of working in hot temperatures

**About the Shifts**

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts

Day shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm

Afternoon shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm + 15% Afternoon shift loading

**About you - Skills & Experience**

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the National Aluminium Difference.
- Machine Operating experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Is proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to take instruction and follow through on them
- Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
- A desire to learn new skills, working with parts and product and enjoy working with process
- A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior role in due time.
- Organised and able to process requests and meet deadlines

To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
