Head of Operations

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Operations will ensure that delivery of all projects and services is efficient, timely and continuously improving. The role will be overseeing all transactional and contract works to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Evaluating the operational efficiency of project teams and leading improvements and innovations to our workflows
- Lead delivery of the national and international Lumination Learning Lab business
- Be a critical part of the strategic direction of the company, and truly make an impact in one of the fastest growing technology companies in the country
- Oversee the management of project budgets to ensure profitability
- Manage progress of transactional deployments and projects to ensure that milestones are met and communicated with our customers and clients
- Oversee and advise on the management of sub-contractors and other key suppliers
- Oversee client communication to ensure that customers are well-informed and feel assured of project progress
- Ensure compliance for all project aspects - IT, AV and fit-out
- Communicate with the Executive Team on project and transactional work progress to ensure shareholders and leadership are well-informed
- Work to improve processes and efficiencies within the Operations Team
- Revolutionise the way we teach, learn and work

**To impress us you’ll need**
- To be highly experienced in the field of project management and operational management
- Previous experience leading growing project teams, rallying teams together to a shared vision
- Great communication skills and the ability time manage multiple projects, stakeholders and vendors to deadlines
- Experience reporting to leadership and working with key decision makers
- Construction and/or fit-out management experience would be highly advantageous
- History working within school and Education is also advantageous
