**About the role**

This pharmacy technician role provides:

- The opportunity to participate in medicine distribution from purchasing to imprest, dispensing and extemporaneous manufacturing
- compounding aseptic and chemotherapy in a modern, purpose-built facility
- The potential to work in specialist areas such as clinical trials
- Joining a friendly and supportive team to provide pharmaceutical care for patients

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Can work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Have strong interest in aseptic manufacturing including cytotoxic manufacturing
- Have experience as a Pharmacy Technician (not essential but highly desirable)
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
