**About Us**:
We are Yo-Chi, the market leaders in frozen yogurt. We offer a premium and delicious product in fun and upbeat spaces with a friendly and welcoming team.
Customers can create their own happiness with our self-serve frozen yogurt and toppings bar.
We doubled in size in 2021 and again in 2022, with more growth planned for 2024 and 2025. Our rapid expansion means plenty of opportunities to upskill and grow with us. Our experienced leadership team brings a wealth of knowledge in retail and hospitality, supporting our venue management teams across the country.
**About the Role**:
The Brisbane Area Leader oversees Yo-Chi Brisbane venues, leading and mentoring Venue Leaders and their teams. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will:
- Develop high-performance teams passionate about amazing customer experiences.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members and leaders.
- Drive sales, COGs, labour, and profit & loss results with Venue Leaders.
- Manage weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team.
- Ensure new venues comply with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards.
- Identify and implement local marketing opportunities with the Marketing Leader.
