A growing well-established Manufacturing company specialising in high end taps requires an experienced Production Scheduler.

Mainly oversee the effective running of the Assembly and Preparation Teams.

**Someone with a proven track record in managing of production teams for an extended time**.

There is the need to drive improvements in performance an efficiency as well as the developing of a team that can achieve future needs.
- Responsibly increase the efficiency of the department.
- Performs Performance Appraisal for Reportees, to ensure company and employee expectations are exceeded.
- The maintenance of 5S in the department and to continue to increase the level of cleanliness and organisation.
- Work to reduce deviations within the department and move continuously towards 6Sigma.
- Provides accurate reporting on the performance of the department, individuals, and other key indicators.
- Performs daily meetings to ensure staff and company alignment.
- Works to continuously improve the department in which they are responsible.
- Provides comprehensive plans on how they are going to improve the department and what will be achieved over selected timeframes.
- Other tasks which may be required of a manager.

**Permanent position**

Monday to Friday

7.6 hour Days

$85-90k depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
