Leasing Consultant

We are a well-established, respected real estate company that has been servicing the local community for over 25 years, the successful applicant will work in an exciting, vibrant and energetic environment of growth and opportunity.

The Role:
As a Property Officer you will be assisting the your Senior Property Manager in completing routine and ingoing inspections, preparing the reports and presenting them to the owner and tenants. You will be trained to handle repairs and maintenance, ensuring any issues that tenants are having with their properties are promptly addressed and a solution put in place with a registered trades person. Lastly, you will be managing the leasing of all vacant and soon to be vacated properties, ensuring they are advertised promptly and home open times are either advertised online or booked in for private inspection. This role will see you working Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off and an early finish on Saturday.

Experience is preferred, you must hold a Current Certificate of Registration or license, have a reliable car and a NSW drivers license. You will be immaculate in presentation, switched on, high energy and hungry to succeed in the Real Estate industry.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
