About the Team
This is a new role and will be Workday’s first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive for the Australian Federal Government. This is a huge opportunity to embed one of the world’s leading cloud based enterprise management platforms into a primed customer base.
To support this role, much of the ground work has already been prepared. Workday has been added to the Digital Transformation Agency’s whole of Government panel for cloud service providers as well as GovERP (Edge capabilities panel) and most recently obtained IRAP assessment (Protected). These significant investments alongside the dedicated supporting team (legal, proposal management, presales, strategy and operations management consulting) demonstrates our long term commitment to supporting transformation in the Australian Government.
About the Role
Your role as an Enterprise Account Executive with Workday, is to partner with your customer base to discover the untapped value within their organisation. To realise this value, help them to make change an opportunity by leveraging HR & finance transformation in conjunction with Workday’s market leading product offering and build strong revenue growth for yourself, your team and Workday.

About You
Basic Qualifications- As a minimum we are looking for large scale cloud transformation sales experience.- Currently, you sell or lead a team that sells net-new solutions to Federal Government.
Other Qualifications- You’re an overachiever. Your track record of successfully achieving and exceeding quota with the Federal Government will be key.- You live by a set of values that align with our own (make sure you look them up). We’re a values based organisation and we firmly believe that exceptionally successful sales professionals can also be great humans.- It is expected that you will have long standing relationships with executives across the whole of government.- Enterprise cloud transformation sales experience is a must. If you have ERP / HCM/Financial Management experience, this is great, but not required
