Our client is a leading provider of service provider, committed to the wellbeing of our employees and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. They are currently seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Advisor to join our Comcare team in the Western Region (WA/SA/NT).

Reporting to the General Manager Comcare, Welfare & CSR, this role looks after WA, NT and SA states for the business. With strong skills in claims management and return to work this role is instrumental in driving early intervention and injury prevention strategies for the business. Be resilient, be passionate and use your initiative to achieve great results across your portfolio.

**Summary of Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage early intervention practices and rehabilitation/RTW process.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide advice to operational teams and employees.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Understanding of Safety, Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 1988.
- Experience in Comcare and Commonwealth Compensation Scheme.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to make sound decisions and drive results.
