Our client is an established Workplace Health organisation with an impeccable reputation. This organisation is achieving considerable growth on a national basis & recruiting experienced Rehabilitation Consultants for ongoing Contractor roles in **Perth**.

**The Job**:

- Engage & assist your clients return to work following an injury
- Work with a range of clients including DVA, Life Insurance, Workers' Compensation & ORAMS - a strong focus on DVA at present, with the option to incorporate other referrals, if of interest
- Perform discipline-specific assessments
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Proactive case management
- Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Work from your home office, visit clients around Perth & perform services via Telehealth

- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- 2-3 years'+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
- Experience with DVA, Life Insurance, WorkCover & Comcare valuable
- DVA & Comcare accreditation ideal but not essential
- Eager to have a positive impact in the Workplace Health space
- Organised, proactive & outstanding communication skills
- Driver's licence & car
