**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in aged care or individual support
- Covid vaccination
- Police check (or willing to retrieve police check)
- Locations: Predominately based in Aged Care facilities in North Sydney
- Attentive and good communicator - as confident as you can be, challenge yourself
- Vacancies for shift work includes the morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
- Preference the shifts that best suit your lifestyle
- Delivering an excellence in service, this includes: Being well mannered, punctual, **friendly**, compassionate and respectful

**The role**:
Duties and responsibilities:

- Interaction with elderly patients both able and non-able
- Respectful and caring towards the elderly that are in need of assistance
- Dedication to the workplace, staff and elderly patients of the facility
- Collaborative and embracing the facilities team spirit
- In-depth understanding of facility rules
- Good representation of ASAP Care services

Skills and experience:

- Demonstrated ability to assist elderly residents
- Confident speaker
- **Experience as an AIN in aged care facilities (desired but not essential)**:

- Appropriate qualifications
