Located in an easily commutable location from Central Sydney / North Shore / Northern Beaches, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within this medium sized facility.
Internal structure includes Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, ACFI Support, 24x hour RNs and Care team and more.
In this role you will be responsible for staff leadership, supporting Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control and oversight of person-first care.
