People Infrastructure prides itself as a high performing organization with big goals. You will be a high performer with a great ‘can do’ attitude, where no job is too big or too small. You will thrive on challenges and question the status quo with a continuous improvement outlook. **Please note this is a contracted role for 6 months.** The role will encompass the following duties: - Daily Cash receipting - Activating new clients and performing credit checks on prospective clients - Processing of manual invoices and credit notes - Preparing system generated invoices for distribution to clients - Responding to client general account queries - Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the Group - Additional ad hoc duties as required **What you will need** - Accounts receivable experience - Intermediate excel skills highly regarded - Outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem solving - Strong time management skills and demonstrated history of meeting deadlines - A positive attitude, self-starter and someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment - Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
