**About The Role**:

- Supervision and coaching of Technicians and Apprentice Technicians
- Oversee quality control and testing to ensure every vehicle meets our high standards
- Support the team with accurate quoting and job assessments
- Lead the way in keeping processes on track and operations steady.
- Foster a strong safety culture and boost team morale
- Tackle diagnostics and juggle multiple tasks with confidence

**About You**:

- Qualification in Heavy or Light vehicle mechanics
- Experience leading and coaching Technicians
- An understanding of safe work practices and confidence to promote a strong safety culture
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced workshop
- Team-first attitude with flexibility to stay back when needed
