**About the role**

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Team Leader to join Christadelphian Aged Care’s team in Gladesville, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their overall wellbeing and quality of life.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage and develop a team of Wellbeing Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery and an exceptional resident experience
- Coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of wellbeing programs and activities that are tailored to individual resident needs and preferences
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing guidance, coaching and support to your team members
- Collaborate with nursing, allied health and other care staff to develop and implement holistic care plans
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aged care regulations, policies and procedures

**What we’re looking for**
- Cert IV in Leisure & Health **is desirable** but if you have experience in a similar Wellbeing Team Leader or Lifestyle Coordinator role within the aged care sector, please apply.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families and colleagues
- Proficiency in developing and implementing engaging wellbeing programs and activities
- Familiarity with aged care regulations, standards and best practices
