**Join us**:
As an Engineering Manager, you will be based in the beautiful Hunter Valley working out of Muswellbrook Hospital and provide support to other locations in the Sector. These locations include hospitals and community health care services at Singleton, Muswellbrook, Scone, Murrurundi, Denman and Merriwa.

**About the job**:

- The successful applicant will lead, manage and direct Hunter Valley Sector engineering and maintenance staff to deliver high quality preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple health facilities.
- You will be required to manage the planning, scheduling and organisation of day to day maintenance and compliance requirements of all buildings, associated plant and equipment. This is to ensure regulatory risk, compliance and reporting requirements are met for the Sector.
- You will be supported by the General Manager of the Hunter Valley Sector.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and time management skills
- Ability to plan for and act on issues quickly, decisively and effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups at all levels, both internal and external to the organisation
- Knowledge of applicable Work Health Safety and EEO legislation
