**ROLE DETAILS**
**Location**:Elwood, VIC

**Children**:6 year old, 8 year old, and 11 year old

**Salary**:$34-38 per hour + Super + paid leave

**Start date**:ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence and own car
- Experience working in similar roles as a home manager or nanny
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This busy family is seeking an organised nanny/home manager to support the smooth running of their household and care for 3 school-age boys. They are eager to employ a Nanager who is active and fun, who knows how to be firm when needed to support the children effectively with their after school routines, including homework. The nanny will be required to use their own car to transport the children to activities, and reimbursement will be provided for this.

Prior to school pick-up, the focus will be on regular tasks to keep the household running smoothly. The family has a cleaner, so tasks will include things such as:

- grocery shopping
- cooking/meal prep
- laundry
- supporting the family to maintain a tidy and organised home.

This is a long-term position (at least a year, ideally more) so the right person for this role will enjoy getting to know the boys' individual personalities and have fun joining them in activities

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both working parents are also very engaged in their children's lives, so they're looking forward to securing the reliable and proactive support of a Nanager to take the pressure off getting everything done. The family is caring and active and has one pet rabbit.

The boys each have their own interests, but all are involved in sports and love lego Music and cooking are also featured hobbies in this household, so they look forward to sharing these with their new nanny.
