**About The Centre**
Thrive, Merrylands is located in Sydney's Western Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**About The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager/Director (Centre Leader) to lead our team of dedicated educators.
Reporting to an Area Manager and supported by a 2IC and Educational Leader, this position would suit someone with similar experience in leadership and proven ability to lead a team in working true to Thrive's mission statement “Thrive is committed to excellence in early education”.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader with a dedication to developing the positive future of children and whose actions inspire others to reach potential and learn continuously.
As Centre Leader, you will be 100% off the floor to ensure our obligations under the National Quality Framework is met in line with the centre and organisation philosophy.
You will stay connected to other Thrive Centre Leaders through monthly meetings which are a great way to workshop ideas, learn with and from each other.
We recognise and reward your hard work and dedication in many ways including a bonus incentive which can see you earning up to 8% of base salary per annum.
**Your key priorities will be to**:
- Oversee the running of day-to-day operations across the centre.
- Guide a team of dedicated educators in the development and delivery of high-quality documentation and programming.
- Build strong relationships with both potential and existing children and families.
- Provide strong leadership and maintain educator engagement.
- Contribute to the development, articulation and alignment of the Vision, Mission and Values of Thrive.
- Drive the curriculum, 'Learning for Life' across all aspects of child development.
**Your skills and qualifications should include**:
- Either Bachelor of Teaching (or equivalent) or Diploma qualification in early childhood education.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Strong knowledge of Kindm8 is highly desirable._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $86,944.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
