NDIS Support Workers - Casual

ANOTHEN Community Care is looking for several support workers to provide support on a 1:1 for NDIS participants. As one of our valued team members, you will be supported to fulfil your job role; we offer training opportunities, career progression, professional development and staff reward programs.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- A passion for seeing individuals reach their goals
- An understanding of the principals of person-centred support
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Compassionate
- Flexible availability
- Reliable transport

The support workers role may include one or a combination of the following task, depending on your preferences experience and skill set:

- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care
- Light house hold tasks
- Transport
- Social engagement
- Meal preparation
- Cleaning
- Behavioural and metal health support

Essential criteria
- The legal right to work in Australia
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- NDIS workers screening check
- Two professional references
- Proof of COVID - 19 Vaccination

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
